Rustic “Wedding” Potatoes

A good wedding should have a lot of happy people, great music and a lot of delicious food! Such a “wedding” potato will not leave anyone indifferent! Eat your mind how delicious it is! And very easy to prepare! Be happy friends! And bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 1 kg
  • Onions – 2-3 pcs.
  • Hot water (broth) – 1 glass
  • Unrefined vegetable oil – 2-3 tablespoons
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into thick slices.
  2. We disassemble into rings and layout on the bottom of the form. Salt, pepper and add a pinch of turmeric.
  3. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
  4. We spread it in the form slightly at an angle, I have all 1 kg and fit. Pour hot water along the edge of the mold (broth is possible). Pour each row of potatoes with a thin stream of oil, add well and add pepper and turmeric.
  5. Cover with foil and send potatoes with onions to the oven for 40 minutes. Temperature – 200 degrees. I have a ceramic form, so you put it in a cold oven, you reheat it.
  6. After 40 minutes, remove the foil, add the temperature to 220 degrees – and another 15 minutes into the oven. Baked potatoes are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside!
