  • Champignons – 150 g
  • Green onions – 5-6 pcs.

  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying
