Rye Bread Sandwiches with Radish

Sandwiches are made from toasted rye bread with cheese spread and radish.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Radish – 8-10 pcs.
  • Quark cheese (low-fat curd cheese) or sour cream – 200 g
  • Rye bread – 4 slices
  • Butter (softened) – 15 g
  • Chives (chopped) – 45 g
  • Shallots (chopped) – 1-2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Fry slices of bread in a toaster or oven. Grease the bread with butter on one side. Cut off the tails and greens from the radish and cut the radish into slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix cheese (sour cream) with 1 tablespoon. a spoon of chives. Season with salt, pepper, add shallots, mix well.
  3. Put the mixture on the slices of bread, put the slices of radish on top.
  4. Sprinkle the sandwiches with salt, pepper, and the remaining chives. Serve immediately.
