Rye Bread Sandwiches with Radish

Sandwiches are made from toasted rye bread with cheese spread and radish.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- Radish – 8-10 pcs.
- Quark cheese (low-fat curd cheese) or sour cream – 200 g
- Rye bread – 4 slices
- Butter (softened) – 15 g
- Chives (chopped) – 45 g
- Shallots (chopped) – 1-2 pcs.
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Fry slices of bread in a toaster or oven. Grease the bread with butter on one side. Cut off the tails and greens from the radish and cut the radish into slices.
- In a bowl, mix cheese (sour cream) with 1 tablespoon. a spoon of chives. Season with salt, pepper, add shallots, mix well.
- Put the mixture on the slices of bread, put the slices of radish on top.
- Sprinkle the sandwiches with salt, pepper, and the remaining chives. Serve immediately.
