Ingredients

  • 350 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar beet syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 300 g rye flour, (whole rain)
  • 100 g spelled flour, type 630
  • 1 teaspoon naturally sour, dried
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Mix the lukewarm water with the sugar, the sugar beet syrup and the salt and place in the bread maker. Then pour in the two types of flour and sprinkle yeast and sourdough on top.
  2. The bread can be baked both in the normal program and, if available, in the wholefood program.
  3. You get a juicy wholemeal bread, which e.g. goes perfectly with soups as a side dish or offers the perfect basis for the connoisseur of hearty bread toppings.
