Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg potato (s)
  • 150 g jerky meat, (smoked pork belly) It can also be bacon bacon
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • Aromat
  • Maggi

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and grate finely on a grater or a food processor. Finely chop the onions and parsley. Cut the beef into small cubes. Now stir the onions, parsley, jerky meat and eggs into the finely grated potatoes and season to taste.
  2. Then put a sufficiently large pan on the stove and heat the oil in it, now add the potato mixture to the pan and fry over medium heat. Now it just has to be turned regularly, but always wait until a nice golden crust has formed on the bottom. After about 20 minutes the meal is ready.
  3. A lettuce or endive goes best with it.
