Ingredients

• 250 g flour
• 250 grams sugar
• 200 g hazelnuts, chopped
• 100 g chocolate, rated
• 100 g raisins
• 3 egg (s)
• 1 pinch baking soda
• 1 egg yolk, for brushing

Instructions

1. Mix sugar and eggs for 20 minutes (!!!!). Then add the nuts, chocolate, baking soda and flour. Then the raisins.
2. Please line the baking sheet with paper. Shape the dough into rolls approx. Finger-thick with your fingers. Then brush with the egg yolk just before baking. After baking, divide IMMEDIATELY with a knife.
