Ingredients

  • 500 g spinach
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 shallot (s), chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 150 g cream
  • 70 g butter
  • 200 g oronzola, crushed
  • Butter, for the mold
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil, add spinach and let collapse. Season the spinach to taste. Bring the cream to the boil, stir in the butter and cheese and let it melt. Season the sauce to taste.
  2. Layer the spinach in a greased dish, spread the Gorgonzola sauce over it and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
