Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper and fry in a pan in a little oil on both sides.
  2. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into as thin slices as possible. Remove the meat from the pan, first evenly cover with the tomatoes and then with the mozzarella. Grind some more pepper over it and place in the oven until the mozzarella has melted and begins to brown.
  3. Finally, spread thinly with pesto and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Ciabatta goes well with this.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
