  • 1 handful sage leaves, fresh from the garden
  • 1 handful peppermint leaves, fresh from the garden
  • 1 handful lemon balm
  • honey

Instructions

  1. Chop the washed leaves and put them in a pot, pour boiling water over them and leave to stand for 5 minutes, covered.
  2. Sweetened with honey is very beneficial for colds or stomach complaints, but especially helpful for sore throats. Due to the mixture with peppermint and lemon balm, the sage does not taste like medicine either. Even children love to drink it. Of course, you can also use dried tea herbs. I like things fresh from the garden best.
