Ingredients

  • 3 handfuls dry spaetzle
  • Salt water
  • 2 tablespoon sage, dried
  • some salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaetzle al dente in salted water and strain. Then put the saucepan back on its feet and let the butter melt in it.
  2. Put the spaetzle back in, add the sage and season with salt and pepper.
