Ingredients

  • 3 small lettuce heart (s)
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 kiwi (s), with skin
  • 1 apple, 2 apples depending on size
  • 1 half Galia melon
  • 50 ml elderflower syrup
  • 500 ml mineral water
  • 1 tablespoon honey, creamy
  • ginger or lime

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly clean the fruit and vegetables and then cut them into pieces.
  2. Remove the seeds from the pulp of the melon. I process the kiwi and apple with their skin and core.
  3. Put in the blender, add the liquid ingredients and honey and mix everything for about 1 minute.
  4. If you want, you can add a little ginger or lime.
