Salad Dressing

The easiest and most convenient way to make salad dressing. You don’t even have to wash the dishes!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil – 125 ml
  • Sugar – 10 g
  • Lemon (juice) – 1 pc.
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – 15 g
  • Mustard – on the tip of a knife

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients for salad dressing.
  2. Press the lemon lightly with your hand and roll it over the surface to make it easier to squeeze out the juice. Squeeze out lemon juice and strain through a sieve to remove seeds.
  3. Place all ingredients in a bottle through a funnel.
  4. Close with a stopper and shake until the contents turn into a homogeneous mass.
  5. The salad dressing is ready. It can be added to vegetable salads, salads with various herbs and lettuce leaves, and can also be used to marinate fish before baking. Store the dressing in the refrigerator
