Ingredients

  • 4 cl olive oil with truffle
  • 2 cl white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, white, ground
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon forest honey
  • 2 cl water
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 0.25 ¼ bunch parsley
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot

Instructions

  1. Mix the olive oil with the white wine vinegar and the water. Season with salt, pepper and the onion powder. Add the forest honey and mustard and stir everything together until a slightly creamy consistency is achieved.
  2. Peel the leaves off the thyme. Cut the chives into very small rolls and finely chop the parsley.
  3. Add the herbs to the dressing and stir vigorously. Put in a sealable bottle for later consumption.
