Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 3 tablespoon jam (elderflower jelly) or syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 1 small shallot (s) or mild onion

- Finely dice the onion and place in a jar with the rest of the ingredients. Shake this well. Then pour the salad dressing over the salad. Tastes very tasty with tender lettuce and a few tomatoes.
- For this recipe you can also use a failed elderflower jelly that has not set - that`s how it came about for me.
