Ingredients

  • 30 ml water
  • 30 ml vinegar (no balsamic vinegar)
  • 60 ml rapeseed oil
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped herbs, frozen (8 herbs)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar, brown if possible
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (honey mustard, e.g. from Maille)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a tall container and mix with the hand blender in 1-2 minutes until creamy.
  2. If you like, you can also add onions, I prefer to add them directly to the salad.
  3. The dressing goes well with all summer salads, also in combination with meat or cheese in the salads.
