  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g feta cheese, natural
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber with the peeler and cut into cubes. Core, wash and cut the pepper into 1 cm long strips. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Peel the onion and cut into half thin rings. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
  2. Put everything together in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper, add the oil and mix well.
