Ingredients

  • 400 g ribbon noodles, black
  • Cherry tomato
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 tablespoon capers, (if you like)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 400 g prawns, ready to cook
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for frying
  • Parmesan, grated, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a saucepan with water and salt according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water and rinse the pasta with cold water. Drain and add a little oil to prevent the pasta from sticking.
  2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Clean the zucchini, dice, fry briefly, season and set aside. Pluck the basil and chop it roughly.
  3. Mix lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar in a bowl. Add the oil while stirring. Mix the pasta and the other prepared ingredients (capers of your choice) with the dressing. Let it steep a little and season again to taste.
  4. Press on the clove of garlic and briefly fry together with the prawns in a pan with the oil. Spice up.
  5. Arrange the pasta on a plate, spread the prawns on top and decorate with basil.
  6. If you like, you can sprinkle some parmesan on top.
