Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dill, dried
  • 1 teaspoon cognac
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 tablespoon cream
  • some salt and pepper, whiter
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g chicory

Instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, dill and cognac together in a bowl. Stir in the balsamic vinegar spoon by spoon, mix well. Slowly add the cream and stir in. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. At the end, very carefully and slowly fold in the olive oil.
  2. Cut the chicory in 1 cm. Cut large strips and wash in lukewarm water. Let it dry well, mix in the sauce, sprinkle a little with dill.
