Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
- 6 tablespoon water, cold
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ iodized salt or herbal salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely diced
- 0.25 ¼ onion (s), finely diced
- 1 teaspoon spice mix for salad
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon natural yogurt

- Just put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a mixer.
- Tip: Since this recipe is wonderful to prepare and keeps in the refrigerator for 4-5 days, I usually make double or triple the amount.
