Salad Sauce for Green Salad

• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
• 6 tablespoon water, cold
• 0.25 teaspoon ¼ iodized salt or herbal salt
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
• 1 clove garlic, finely diced
• 0.25 ¼ onion (s), finely diced
• 1 teaspoon spice mix for salad
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 2 tablespoon natural yogurt

Instructions

1. Just put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a mixer.
2. Tip: Since this recipe is wonderful to prepare and keeps in the refrigerator for 4-5 days, I usually make double or triple the amount.
