Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ head lettuce your choice (e.g. Chinese cabbage, approx. 500 g)
- 3 apples
- Lemon juice for drizzling on
- salt
- sugar
- some oil (walnut oil)
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 150 g yourt

- Clean the lettuce. Wash the apples and cut into small wedges (with the peel) and drizzle with lemon juice. Finely cut the lettuce (into strips) and mix with the apples and walnuts.
- Mix the yogurt with the spices and the remaining lemon juice and pour over the salad. Let it steep and serve.
