Ingredients

  • 200 g blue cheese, e.., Goronzola
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
  • 1 dash Worcester sauce
  • 1 dash white wine vinegar
  • some Milk
  • some salt and pepper, black, from the mill
  • 1 lettuce (s)
  • 12 cocktail tomatoes
  • Balsamic

Instructions

  1. Cut the blue cheese into as small pieces as possible and place in a bowl. Then add the sour cream, olive oil, mayonnaise and a dash of milk. Mix everything with a fork and mash the cheese until you have a reasonably homogeneous mass. You won`t get the cheese completely dissolved, but that`s by design. Now season to taste with lemon juice, white wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in as much milk as needed until the consistency is a slightly viscous but liquid mass.
  2. Cut the lettuce into four equal pieces and remove the stalk from each. Arrange the quartered salad on plates and pour the dressing generously over them.
  3. Halve the cocktail tomatoes and distribute on the plates. Finally, put a small dash of balsamic vinegar on the tomatoes.
  4. It goes well with baguette or grilled turkey strips.
