Salad with Canned Fish and Fresh Vegetables

Today I will tell you a recipe for an interesting vegetable salad with canned fish.

Ingredients

  • Canned fish (any) – 1 can
  • Cabbage – 200 grams
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Green onions – a bunch
  • Parsley – bunch
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • Tartar sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Wash all the vegetables and start preparing the salad. Chop the cabbage, season with salt, shake hands so that she lets the juice, and put it in a bowl, in which it will be convenient to stir the salad.
  2. Cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into half rings and send them to the cabbage.
  3. Finely chop the green onion and add to the vegetables.
  4. Add chopped parsley and finely chopped garlic.
  5. Cut the canned fish into large pieces and put it in the salad.
  6. Let’s start preparing a salad dressing. Squeeze the lemon juice into a small container and add the Tartar sauce.
  7. Pour in vegetable oil, add soy sauce and salt.
  8. We will mix our dressing and fill the salad with it.
