  • Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Walnuts – 50 g
  • Lemon juice – 0.5 teaspoon.

  • Sour cream 20% – 100 g
  • Lemon juice – 30 ml (2 tablespoon. L.)
  • Salt – 0.3333 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 0.3333 teaspoon.
  • Ground paprika – 0.3333 teaspoon

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.

  2. Dry the walnuts in a dry skillet for about 10 minutes.
  3. Rinse fresh cucumbers, dry, cut lengthwise into two halves. Gently scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut into thin half rings 3 mm thick.
  4. Cut the hard cheese into thin cubes 3 mm wide and 4 mm long. Add to cucumbers.
  5. Peel the apple, cut into four parts, remove the seeds. Cut the quarters into strips. Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice to prevent browning. Add them to the rest of the food.
  6. Place the toasted walnuts between two sheets of parchment and roll over them with a rolling pin to chop. Add nuts to the salad with apple, cheese and cucumber.
  7. For salad dressing, mix sour cream, lemon juice, salt, paprika, black pepper.

  8. Add dressing to salad, mix well.
  9. A salad of cucumbers, apples, nuts and cheese is ready.
