Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, (any variety)
  • 6 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, coarse-grained
  • 1 lemon (s), juice and zest it
  • 1 onion (s), red, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 2 tablespoon capers, (can also be omitted)

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt, mustard and juice and zest of the lemon together in a salad bowl.
  2. Add the onion, lettuce and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
  3. Peel and quarter the eggs and arrange on the salad.
  4. Grill the bacon in the oven until crispy and distribute it decoratively on the salad and add the capers.
  5. Serve while the bacon is still warm.
