Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, (any variety)
- 6 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoon mustard, coarse-grained
- 1 lemon (s), juice and zest it
- 1 onion (s), red, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 2 tablespoon capers, (can also be omitted)

- Mix the yogurt, mustard and juice and zest of the lemon together in a salad bowl.
- Add the onion, lettuce and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
- Peel and quarter the eggs and arrange on the salad.
- Grill the bacon in the oven until crispy and distribute it decoratively on the salad and add the capers.
- Serve while the bacon is still warm.
