Ingredients

  • 3 large cucumber (s), thinly sliced
  • 250 g rapes, red seedless
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 125 g sour cream, low-fat or low-fat yourt
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dill, dried
  • 1 teaspoon chives, dried
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or honey
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Mix the cucumber, grapes and celery in a large bowl.
  2. Mix sour cream or yoghurt with vinegar, dill, chives, mustard, honey or sugar and pepper in a small bowl and season to taste. Pour over the cucumber and grape mixture, stir gently and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Without dill and celery, but with fresh herbs, the salad tastes very good too!
