  • Smoked mackerel – 1 pc.
  • Boiled potatoes – 4-5 pcs.
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • or green onions (stems) – 5-6 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 150-200 g
  • Dill – 0.5 bunch (to taste)
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)

How to make a smoked fish salad with potatoes:

Directions

  1. Peel the mackerel from skin and bones, cut into small pieces.
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes.
  3. Peel the eggs, cut into small cubes.
  4. Peel the onion, wash, chop finely. Wash the dill, chop finely.
  5. Mix fish, eggs, and potatoes.
  6. Then add finely chopped onions or green onions, salt to taste, season with mayonnaise.
  7. Mix well. Smoked mackerel salad with potatoes is ready.
