Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons rapeseed oil
- 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 5 teaspoon vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
- 3 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
- 3 teaspoons honey (e.g. summer blossom honey)
- salt and pepper
- 200 g lettuce your choice
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 2 tomato (s)
- possibly sheep cheese

- Put the first 6 ingredients for the dressing together in a bowl and mix. You can taste it as you like (for example, more honey for people who like it a little sweeter).
- Then add the lettuce (for example lollo rosso, lamb`s lettuce or iceberg lettuce tastes very good!) And the tomatoes and cucumber (or other vegetables) and fold in well. Then the delicious salad is already ready!
- Tip: Sheep cheese tastes very good with it!
