Salad with Sauerkraut and Sausage

An unusual and delicious salad with sauerkraut and sausage can diversify your daily diet. The combination of all the components will definitely delight you.

Ingredients

  • Sauerkraut – 200 Grams
  • Sausage – 150 grams (boiled)
  • Bulb onion – 50 Grams
  • Carrots – 50 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Cut the onion into small squares.
  3. Pour the onion into a frying pan with heated oil, sauté for 20-30 seconds until transparent.
  4. Grate the carrots.
  5. Add carrots to onions.
  6. Saute the vegetables for a couple of minutes.
  7. Combine sauerkraut with cooled vegetables. Add vegetables along with the oil from the pan.
  8. Cut the cooked sausage into strips.
  9. Pour the sausage into the salad, stir. Add a little salt and pepper. If there is not enough oil, add a little more.
  10. Serve directly to the table.
