Salad with Sauerkraut and Sausage

An unusual and delicious salad with sauerkraut and sausage can diversify your daily diet. The combination of all the components will definitely delight you.

Ingredients
- Sauerkraut – 200 Grams
- Sausage – 150 grams (boiled)
- Bulb onion – 50 Grams
- Carrots – 50 Grams
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- Spices – To taste
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Cut the onion into small squares.
- Pour the onion into a frying pan with heated oil, sauté for 20-30 seconds until transparent.
- Grate the carrots.
- Add carrots to onions.
- Saute the vegetables for a couple of minutes.
- Combine sauerkraut with cooled vegetables. Add vegetables along with the oil from the pan.
- Cut the cooked sausage into strips.
- Pour the sausage into the salad, stir. Add a little salt and pepper. If there is not enough oil, add a little more.
- Serve directly to the table.
