Salad with Sour Cream and Lemon Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 head lettuce (e.g. lettuce, endive, iceberg, lollo etc.)
• 200 g sour cream
• 4 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 ½ tablespoon maple syrup
• salt

Instructions

1. Clean the lettuce and cut or pluck it into strips. Mix the sour cream with lemon juice, maple syrup and a pinch of salt and mix into the salad as a dressing.
2. Let it steep until serving.
