Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 400 g lettuce, your choice, e.. reen lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, corn, peppers, etc.
  • 2 tablespoon almond flakes
  • some oil

For the marinade:

  • 4 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Sauce (dressing) your choice

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast fillets under cold water and drain on paper towels. Mix the milk and honey in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and add to the marinade. It is best to put the lid on the bowl and shake well, then place in the refrigerator and let it steep for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the salad and dressing.
  3. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the chicken breast strips, then add the rest of the marinade and the flaked almonds. Caution, it burns very quickly now!
  4. Spread the lettuce on the plates, pour the dressing over it and spread the chicken breast strips and flaked almonds on top.
