Ingredients

  • 200 g squid (s)
  • salt
  • 6 tomato (s), firm
  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 4 anchovies, salted
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Boil the squid in salted water until soft, rinse under cold water, drain well and cut into small pieces.
  2. Grill the tomatoes or roast them in the oven, peel them and cut them into slices. Place the peppers in the preheated oven and fry until the skin turns brown. Then let cool down briefly, peel and cut into narrow strips. Wash the anchovies, desalt, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Cut the onion into rings.
  3. Mix the tomato slices, paprika strips, squid and anchovy pieces as well as onion rings in a salad bowl and marinate with oil and vinegar. Chill the salad for 1 hour, mix again and season with a little salt, pepper and oregano.
