Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into cubes, season with salt, pepper and lemon and let stand.
  2. Cook the broccoli al dente and cut into small pieces. Dice the mushrooms and onion.
  3. Steam the onion in butter until translucent and sprinkle with the flour. Stir well so that nothing burns (roux). Add milk and stir well. Add the cream until a creamy sauce is formed. Add the broccoli and mushrooms. Simmer gently for a few minutes.
  4. Pre-bake puff pastry pies in the oven (165 ° C, 10-15 min.).
  5. Fry the salmon briefly in butter and add to the sauce. Let the sauce simmer for a few more minutes. Season to taste with pepper, salt and lemon.
  6. Take the pies out of the oven and fill them with the salmon mixture. Bake in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  7. Put the rest of the sauce on a plate and put the patties on top. Garnish with parsley.
  8. It goes well with noodles tossed in tomato and garlic sauce or just rice. Fennel salad also goes very well!
  9. If the roux is too tricky for you, you can also use sauce thickeners. But roux tastes better!
