  • 200 g salmon, (mild smoked salmon)
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 4 sprigs dill
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • pepper
  • Mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 baguette (s)

Instructions

  1. Preparation of the salmon carpaccio:
  2. Peel and halve shallots and cut into wafer-thin slices.
  3. Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper, also cut into thin slices.
  4. Preparation of the salmon carpaccio:
  5. Make a tasty, strong marinade from the ingredients. It should be noted that smoked salmon is already salted.
  6. Buy the salmon in slices. If you have it in one piece, it should be placed in the freezer for 1 hour, so you can cut perfect, wafer-thin slices.
  7. Serving the salmon carpaccio:
  8. Brush large, flat plates with half of the marinade. The salmon slices are placed on top. Now spread the shallots, mushrooms and dill tips on the fish, drizzle the remaining marinade over it, done.
  9. I would only eat baguettes and nothing else with it.
