Salmon Ceviche Ingredients

  • Salmon slicing – 100 g
  • Bulgarian yellow pepper – 1 pc.
  • Red onion – 0.5 pcs.
  • Fresh cucumber – 1-2 pcs.
  • Dill – 2-3 branches
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • Olive oil – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Apple cider vinegar – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt – 2 pinches

Salmon Ceviche Instructions

  1. Press half of the lemon and squeeze the juice out of it into a deep bowl. Transfer it to a bowl.
  2. Place the salmon slices there for 25-30 minutes. Flip the slices to the other side about halfway through the marinating.

  3. Cut the peeled and washed bell pepper into small cubes and place in a bowl.
  4. Slice half the red onion in the same way. Add the slices to the bell pepper.
  5. Peel the fresh cucumber and cut into medium cubes. Pour the slices into a bowl, add salt and chopped dill or parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Stir. At this point, you can add hot chili peppers as well, but no seeds.
  6. Place the salsa on a plate. Form the marinated salmon into nice curls and place on a plate as well. Garnish with the salmon ceviche to your liking and serve.
