Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, e.. taliatelle or other
  • 500 g salmon fillet (s), frozen
  • butter
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock, instant
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • Pepper, whiter

Instructions

  1. Let the salmon thaw. If it is still very lightly frozen, wash and cut into not too small cubes. In the meantime, cook the pasta. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the cubes of salmon in it for approx. 5 minutes. Pour in the cream. Season to taste with broth, tomato paste and pepper and bring to the boil again. Serve with the pasta.
