Ingredients

  • 200 g spahetti
  • 150 g sliced salmon
  • 1 dash lemon (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled flour
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • some white wine, if you like
  • some Milk
  • 1 small Bunch dill
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Put on a pot of salted water for the spaghetti. Once the spaghetti water
  2. cooks, the spaghetti can be cooked according to the instructions on the package and the sauce can be started.
  3. Drizzle the salmon with lemon. Chop the onion into small cubes. Melt the butter in a pan, add the onion cubes and let it become translucent. Stir in the flour and wait a little. Then deglaze with white wine or cream. If the roux becomes too firm, a little milk can be added.
  4. Now add the salmon to the sauce, refine with dill and season. After about two more minutes, the sauce is ready.
  5. Drain and butter the spaghetti and serve with the sauce.
