Ingredients

  • 200 g salmon fillet (s), with skin
  • 3 capers (caper apples)
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 slices lemon (s), untreated
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon wine, white
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the salmon fillet on a 30 x 30 cm sheet of baking paper. Halve the caper apples and spread over the salmon with rosemary, lemon wedges and butter. Drizzle with white wine and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Seal the baking paper with kitchen twine. Cook the salmon in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (gas level 3, convection 180 degrees) for 15 minutes.
