Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet (s), 80 - 200 g
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Sea salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the salmon fillet. Mix a marinade in a small bowl with olive oil and soy sauce, sea salt and pepper from the mill and marinate the salmon fillet in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. To prepare, take the salmon fillet out of the refrigerator in good time so that the salmon can reach room temperature. Remove the salmon from the marinade and fry briefly on both sides. Then place the salmon fillet in the oven for approx. 5 - 6 minutes at 100 degrees to continue cooking. Add some Dijon mustard and honey to the remaining marinade and stir. Now take the salmon out of the oven, spread the glaze thickly and fry again briefly in the pan.
