Ingredients

  • 1 tuber fennel
  • 1 mango (s)
  • 1 bulb ginger (size to taste)
  • 1 leek
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 lemon (s), sliced
  • 125 ml white wine
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Take a large piece of wild salmon or commercially available farmed salmon and place it in a baking dish. Cut the fennel and mango into pieces or slices and place them on the salmon. Slice the ginger and cut the leek into rings. Both are also distributed on the salmon side. Now finely chop the dill and sprinkle it over it. Season with salt and pepper and finally place the lemon slices on the salmon. Drizzle everything with olive oil and add 125 ml of white wine to the mold.
  2. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and put it in the preheated oven at 150 ° C for 55 minutes.
