  • 30 g anchovies, in oil, finely chopped

For the vegetables:

  • 200 g cherry tomato (s), halved
  • 200 g bell pepper (s), reen, diced
  • olive oil
  • sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • tarragon

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until foamy, add the anchovies and pepper and mix. Sear the salmon in the anchovy butter and let it rest without heat.
  2. Stew the tomatoes and peppers in a pan with olive oil and season with sugar, salt, pepper and tarragon.
  3. Serve with boiled potatoes.
