Ingredients
- 500 g salmon
- 30 g butter
- 30 g anchovies, in oil, finely chopped
- pepper
For the vegetables:
- 200 g cherry tomato (s), halved
- 200 g bell pepper (s), reen, diced
- olive oil
- sugar
- salt and pepper
- tarragon

- Beat the butter until foamy, add the anchovies and pepper and mix. Sear the salmon in the anchovy butter and let it rest without heat.
- Stew the tomatoes and peppers in a pan with olive oil and season with sugar, salt, pepper and tarragon.
- Serve with boiled potatoes.
