Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 stock cube, optional
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 shot white wine
  • 1 shallot (s) or small onion
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 250 ml cream
  • possibly milk
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 point smoked salmon

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta (you can put a stock cube in the water). Cut the leek into pieces, sauté in butter and deglaze with a little white wine. In the meantime, cut the shallot into small pieces and sauté in butter. Add 1 tablespoon flour and lightly brown while stirring. Then slowly pour in the cream and continue to simmer while stirring constantly. The consistency must be slightly creamy. The sauce can also be stretched with milk or made completely with milk, then it takes a little longer, 10-15 minutes. Now add the parmesan to the sauce and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Finally, stir together the leek, pasta, sauce and smoked salmon cut into pieces.
