Ingredients

  • 250 g rice (wild rice)
  • 250 g salmon fillet (s) (frozen or fresh)
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In the meantime, clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Cook the broccoli florets in salted boiling water until they are firm to the bite, then remove them and set aside.
  3. Now mix the cream cheese into the rice, season with salt and pepper and then carefully fold in the broccoli florets.
  4. Cut the salmon fillet into cubes. Bring salted water to the boil and let the salmon cubes soak in it for approx. 5 minutes (do not boil!), Then they should be done.
  5. Now arrange the broccoli rice with the salmon cubes and serve.
