  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 50 g processed cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic, chop it finely and fry it lightly in a pan.
  2. Squeeze the thawed spinach well, pull apart, season well, mix with the garlic and place in a baking dish.
  3. Season the fresh or defrosted salmon and place on top of the spinach.
  4. Mix the sour cream, cream, processed cheese, salt and pepper and pour over the salmon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
