Ingredients

  • 400 g salmon fillet (s), frozen or fresh
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 dash soy sauce
  • Dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes and whisk the eggs together until frothy.
  2. Chop the garlic and spring onions into small pieces.
  3. Mix everything together in a bowl. Season with mustard, paprika powder, salt, pepper and soy sauce. If necessary, add a little flour for the binding.
  4. Now divide the mixture into 5 portions and fry on both sides in a pan with oil. Garnish the finished salmon pancakes with dill.
