Ingredients

  • 250 g salmon fillet (s)
  • 200 g broccoli (frozen)
  • 200 g pasta (e.. Farfalle)
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda), rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Then mix with the salmon cut into coarse cubes, the broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces and half of the cheese. Mix the creme fraiche with the cream and milk, season with salt and pepper. Pour over the pasta and salmon mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes until it has a golden-yellow crust.
