Ingredients

  • 4 slices salmon, smoked or gravlax (medium , thinly sliced)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 40 g horseradish, (cream horseradish)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 stalk / s dill, (fresh)
  • 50 g honey, more liquid
  • 50 g mustard, medium hot

Instructions

  1. Spread the salmon on a board, cut the slices crosswise in the middle.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, a little salt and pepper, form small balls, place in the middle of the salmon slices. Shape the salmon slices around them into balls, place on an appetizer spoon or plate (seam below).
  3. Finely chop the dill (leave 8 small branches for decoration), mix with liquid honey and mustard. Put a dollop of sauce on each of the salmon pralines, which should run down a little on all sides. Decorate each with a sprig of dill.
  4. Serve with toasted wedges or baguettes.
