Ingredients

  • 250 g spinach, frozen, thawed
  • 4 egg (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 300 g herbal cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 250 g smoked salmon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Drain, squeeze and roughly cut the spinach. Mix with the egg yolk, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold under. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Overturn the baked mask from the baking sheet, place the paper on top and roll up the dough with the paper.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Roll up the dough, remove the paper, put the cheese mixture and salmon slices on top. Halve the dough sheets lengthways, roll up halves lengthways, wrap in cling film and put in the fridge. Just before serving, cut into approx. 1 cm thin slices.
