Instructions

  1. Cut the frozen salmon fillet into very small cubes, chop again with a sharp knife, mix in the chopped spring onions, add salt, pepper and lemon oil. (If there is no lemon oil, then very important: first mix olive oil into the finely chopped amount of salmon before adding acid or lemon or lime juice)
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients.
  3. (You can also add parsley, fresh basil or, depending on your taste, fresh coriander!)
  4. Taste!
  5. I like to serve potato pancakes (Baggers or Reiber-Datschi) or just baguettes.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
