Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 300 g smoked salmon
  • 4 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • dill
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Anchovy paste
  • mustard
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the salmon and onions, mix with the other ingredients and season to taste.
  2. Wash the zucchini and slice lengthways into thin, even slices. Shape the zucchini slices into a circle and fasten, glue with dissolved gelatine if necessary.
  3. Pour the salmon tartare into the zucchini rings and drizzle with a little lime juice.
